We’re easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M4, A447 and A48.
Street parking is limited, so we recommend parking in the multi story car park above Iceland, Clarence Place.
Prices may vary with timings, and it can get quite busy to check prices at the pay-machines.
Newport Train Station is the largest railway station in Newport. It’s serviced mainly by Arrivia Trains Wales & First Great Western, with local services to destinations such as Cardiff, Chepstow, Swansea, Bristol Parkway. Cross Country offer connections for longer distances all over the UK.
Taxi’s are available from directly outside the train station and is just a few minutes walk from the city centre.

Buses to and from Newport city centre are available outside the venue and Queensway bus station is just a short walk from our premises. Virtually all Newport Transport & NAT buses are now accessible, with low floor access and ramps.

Please note show times when traveling by bus as shows may run later than some bus services. If you are traveling as part of a large group and wish to arrive by coach please contact the venue in advance to arrange a drop off point.

Given the size of the venue we can offer different rooms suitable for functions, but the main public area surround the box office & waiting area, main auditorium bar, coffee + snack bar and public cloakroom.
If you’re visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you around. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for then please contact the venue to speak to one of our team.
We’ll have opening times, stage times (if we know them on show days) and curfew times if they’re out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels, too. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show.
A few obvious ones:
No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact us if you’re unsure and avoid disappointment.
8-13 years, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+) but check the event details.
If it says 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+… be sure to check before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it.
